The Beijing office is an integral part of our Greater China practice and works closely with our offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong to provide our clients with exceptional service throughout the PRC. We work on transactions of all sizes - from the largest mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the PRC to small acquisitions and other, more routine, contractual matters.
The Beijing office has a focus on: banking and financial services; communications, media and technology; intellectual property; litigation and dispute resolution; insurance and reinsurance; infrastructure; trade and distribution; and mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Our lawyers in Beijing provide a significant amount of regulatory advice in the PRC resources sector and we have assisted a number of international resources companies to pursue a range of investment opportunities across the PRC.
